The first son and leader of the Mk project, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba has this morning arrived as he is set to be hosted by the Speaker of Parliament Anita Among in her Bukedea District home later today August 14, 2023, as one of her get-togethers activities which she started over the weekend.
Gen. Muhoozi will pass by before heading to Soroti Among confirmed while at her farm in Aereere Village.
“Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba will visit on Monday and everything is set for that visit which is supposed to take place later this afternoon,” Mr Joseph Sabiiti the head of communications in the speaker’s office told this publication in an interview.
Among also looks ahead to not only hosting Gen Muhoozi but also local leaders for it will pull attractions for the district and perhaps help the local man in one way or the other.
Being the woman MP of her place of birth, Bukedea district, it should be noted that Among has quite pushed some development in the region for example famous Bukedea Comprehensive School built under her term in power, employing workers at her farm.
Yesterday, she unveiled her new palatial home in Kamutur sub-county in Bukedea District which function was attended by more than 300 MPs from all political divides.
