Eight teams will battle in the tournament between August 14-28th in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Auka Gecheo, the Executive Director of the Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) drew the lots which saw She Corporate placed in Group B against Simba Queens (Tanzania) GRFC (Djibouti) and Yei Joint Stars (South Sudan).
The tournament which will also be the qualifiers for the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League have the best two teams from the two groups qualify for the semi final stage.
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia FC, the runners-up last year will headline Group A together with Warrior Queens (Zanzibar), FOFILA (Burundi) and Rwanda’s AS Kigali.
