Play offs are here and the National Basketball league is at its peak. The league is about to come to an end. The teams are looking for the championship and every one wants that prize. They have worked hard all through the season. Here we are in the semi finals we are waiting to see who is heading to the final.
Friday was when the semis kicked off at YMCA Wandegeya basketball court. The game ones between JKL Lady dolphins versing UCU Lady cannons the champion of last season and KIU Titans versing UCU Cannons. And we are waiting to see if all the five series of the semi final games will come to pass or will stop at game 3 only.
The first game of the evening which kicked off at 7 PM the JKL Lady dolphins versing the UCU Lady Canons. The lady dolphins pretty much dominated the game from the very first quarter till the end. The games ended 60:48 with the dolphins winning beating the Lady cannons with 12points.
Game two of the evening the KIU Titans facing the UCU Cannons and the KIU Titans took an easy win over the cannons the games ending 86:72. The cannons pretty much trailed the whole game.
Sunday again the games kicked off still at the same venue YMCA Wandegeya at midday with some of the teams having their very first games of the semifinals. The Sunday games started with the KIU Rangers versing the JT Lady Jaguars. The rangers seemed to play the game with a lot of ease winning the lady jaguars with a margin of 23 points. The games ended with scores reading 64: 41.
The second game of the day City Oilers versing Our Savior. The champions of the previous season pretty much dominated the whole game and took the win which is non other than the city oilers. The games ended with scores reading 74:62.
The third game of the day the teams having their game two of the semifinal. UCU Lady cannons and the JKL lady dolphins. The dolphins want the championship this time more as the lady dolphins defeated them in the last years championship. The game ended with scores reading 79:62.
The last game of the day the UCU Cannons versing the KIU Titans. The titans again took the win with scores reading 73:56.
