Balaam wins big as Ssempijja is dropped in recent Museveni cabinet shake up

Balaam wins big as Ssempijja is dropped in recent Museveni cabinet shake up

In the just released Cabinet reshuffle, music promoter Balaam Barugahara has won big as he was named the Minister of State for Youth in the ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development and Minister of Security Mr Vicent Ssempijja is dropped and awaits deployment. 

 

Balaam who is the proprietor of Radio 4 has been known in the camp of Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) which is headed by the first son Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba as a country mobilizer. 

 

The other ministers who win big include; Lillian Aber and Phiona Nyamutooro while the two ministers in charge of Karamojja, Ms Gorretti Kitutu and Ms Agnes Nandutu have been dropped from their positions.
