Social media Uproar after Minister of Gender hit and run.

Ugandans on Twitter are up in arms after a state minister of Gender’s car hit a driver’s car and sped off without apology.

The driver a one Andy Kristian Agaba took to twitter to complain over the conduct of the minister whose security he says only got off their vehicle to further insult him.

Agaba took photos of both cars’ plates and posted to social media.

Just happened. A Minister’s vehicle knocked mine while I was stationary in traffic, in my lane (see last photo). They didn’t stop to apologize or offer to repair my car. The car in question belongs to the ministry of Gender but could be driven by one of the four state ministers in that ministry.

Col. (Rtd) Charles Engola Mac-Odwogo Okello
Hon. Hellen Asamo

Social media has now been awash with messages of support to Mr. Agaba’s ord Al with some even narrating their own encounters with official cars on Ugandan streets.
