The National Unity Platform chapter seeks to unveil it’s official flag bearer today as the aspirants go for the primaries in search for the new guild president representatives on behalf of the party in this oldest high institution of learning, Makerere University.
The chapter executive has organized several activities including a debate at 4pm today with each candidate having an ideological verbal exchange for the session.
Seven candidates are vying for the National Unity Platform card and political space is becoming narrow and wide for the bad and good strategists respectively.
Apparently, the race stands out with the following candidates and these include, Kabuulwa Muzafaluh, Alinaitwe George, Maeruka Robert, Luyomba Kelvin, Natabi Margaret, Ssebunya Mark, Namwoza Sulaiman, All the candidates have proved their strength to the delegates as per their Mobilization on grounds
The official NUP flag bearer in the heated forthcoming primaries today will be elected by only the delegates whose names are on the list that out released by the NUP Makerere chapter.
The major political parties at the University are yet again exert their influence on the forthcoming Makerere Guild elections holding the highest student’s office at this prestigious institution of learning.
All the candidates are doing all they can to attain the party card inorder to get support in the next forthcoming Presidential Guild Elections 2023 – 2024.
